Lori

Lori is from the Bay Area of California and is a graduate of Saratoga High School. As our billing expert, her main responsibility is to determine the amount of coverage patients are entitled to from their insurance.

She notes her role involves spending plenty of time on the phone on hold while waiting to talk to insurance companies! Nevertheless, Lori enjoys being part of the Hearing and Balance Doctors team and loves that everyone works together well.

Outside of the clinic, Lori spends her time reading, tending her garden, and watercolor painting. She also likes to play the piano (and in all honesty, she is amazing at it!).
