Crista, who is originally from San Diego, CA, relocated to the Las Vegas area in July.
As a patient experience coordinator at Hearing and Balance Doctors, her primary responsibilities include checking in patients, managing paperwork, and helping patients as needed in person and over the phone. She strives to ensure patients have a positive experience while visiting us.
Crista relocated to Las Vegas with her eighteen-year-old daughter so she could be closer to family. One interesting fact Crista shares: her uncle owned the Golden Gate Casino and was the inventor of the shrimp cocktail!
When she’s not working, Crista enjoys going for walks in the great outdoors. Although she misses the beach, Crista is happy to be surrounded by mountains and likes the unique variety of activities the area offers. She also loves listening to music, swimming, and animals.
