Patient Care Coordinator
Linda graduated from Dixie High School and completed her education at Dixie Junior College (when it was still Dixie).
As our patient care coordinator, time management plays an important part in Linda’s role. Each day, she ensures patients are seen on time and keeps the schedule flowing well. She also helps patients prepare for their appointment and advises them on what items they need to bring to the clinic.
Linda’s favorite part of her job is spending her days with the Hearing and Balance Doctors team. She loves how everyone likes each other and is supportive and kind, calling her colleagues one another’s champions. Linda shares that the team is like a family where everyone is truly friends and cares for one another.
However, our patients also mean the world to Linda. She enjoys getting to know them and learning a bit about their lives and interests. She notes the hardest part of her job is “when we lose a patient” because she considers them her friends.
When Linda’s not working, she spends lots of time with her husband of 41 years and her family, including their 2 grandkids. She also likes cooking, sewing, listening to music, and crafting. Most recently, Linda started quilting and she loves the creativity that it involves.
