Kenna
Patient Experience Coordinator
Kenna grew up in Syracuse, Utah and attended two different high schools, Syracuse High School and Layton High School, before graduating from Crimson Cliffs High School in St. George.
As our patient experience coordinator, everything Kenna does revolves around assisting patients. Her responsibilities include checking in patients, managing paperwork, helping patients as needed, and any other tasks that require her full attention.
According to Kenna, the best part of being on the Hearing and Balance Doctors team is the team itself. She considers everyone her best friend and says she loves them all.
Regaining one’s hearing is often an emotional event, and Kenna says she is deeply moved when she witnesses the patients reacting to hearing clearly again. She stresses that it’s a big deal to get one of your senses back.
Outside of the clinic, Kenna enjoys weight training at the gym and traveling.
